FNR Trade is independent research and monitoring software. It is not operated or endorsed by Alpaca. The proposed Alpaca Connect link is read-only and not yet active.

1. Purpose and availability

FNR Trade is a privately operated, non-commercial application for algorithmic research, paper-trading observation, and optional brokerage-account monitoring. Public self-service enrollment, investment advice, and managed account services are not currently offered.

2. Brokerage relationship

Brokerage accounts, transactions, and account permissions are governed by the applicable agreements with your broker. FNR Trade does not replace those agreements and is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. Any market data and account information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

3. Read-only Alpaca authorization

If the proposed integration is activated, users will authorize FNR Trade to read specified account and order information. The OAuth connection will not request the trading or account:write scopes. No LIVE trading permissions are offered through this connection. Authorization is voluntary and can be revoked through Alpaca.

4. No investment advice or performance guarantees

Research output, trading signals, simulated performance, and analytics are informational and may be wrong. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. Options and other investments can lose substantial value, including the entire premium paid for a long option.

5. Appropriate access

Access is limited to authorized operators. Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems or security controls, share protected credentials, or represent FNR Trade as an official Alpaca product.

6. Service changes

The application may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Features described as planned, experimental, paper-only, or read-only should not be interpreted as available LIVE trading functions.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or investment outcomes. This section does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
